One Day Off - The One Thing
It's really good, to do what you want, for one day. I slept in on Saturday and took 2 nap during the day. Exactly, two. It was essential. I longed for it during the busy week. It was incredibly good for me. I recovered 100% and charged my batteries. My energy level is much higher now. For the first time in a long time, I feel that the weekend was enough to relax. Now the week can start.
Sometimes we discover new things and are so overwhelmed that we would prefer not to sleep to continue working in this new area (What is WA? ;-) ). It doesn't feel like work and we don't notice the signs of fatigue. But this is dangerous. We should relax from time to time and treat ourselves to relaxation. Then we can start better again.
It is good to listen to his gut feeling more often. This ability threatens to be lost. And if the gut feeling says sleep, then we should do it.It is not a waste of time. You can do things better when you're well rested, which in turn saves time. Just shifted down a gear, that was nice.I wish You a happy week

Most successful people take power naps... best CEO’s have a cot or couch in their offices
Great post

Good job Evangelos. I take a nap most days. A power nap really, usually not more than 15 or 20 minutes. After that, I wake and am ready to go.

Evangelos,Thanks for sharing with us. Nothing better than a battery that is packed with juice and ready to roll. All the best on your journey at WA.
