Hey Sadie,
It is always advisable to Google search an error prompt in order to find the help you need in fixing that error. See screen print below...
You will need to make sure that your Pinterest account is setup properly too. What you can do when getting an error from pins you try to share from your own website, is to try sharing a pin from someone else's website... or, better still, try re-pinning a pin that already has been accepted on Pinterest.
This way you will learn quicker whether the issue is your Pinterest account... or your website.

Thanks Triblu - I did several google searches which most said it was due to server issues if this error happens, hence my posting this question to the WA folks. I was wondering if it was a broader issue than just me since it was working perfectly before this week.

I use ConvertKit for my mailings - You can do both. Set up a complete landing page, but you can also add a side widget for people to sign up. This is an example of my full landing page - https://wealthyretirementproject.com/IntroToEmailMarketing and you can see the sign up to the same bonus on my home page - https://wealthyretirementproject.com/
You don't want to use mailchimp - they do not like affiliate marketers.
Aweber is my recommendation -
There are several ways to gather contact info.
First you don't need a seperate page.
Typically you would have an optin forum in your sidebar - you can also have a normal popup where it appears after a certain amont of time or have exit intent pop up - this popup appears when people exit your site.
For popups you would need an additional plugin for that - Thrive Leads is one of the best.
