Welcome to Wealthy Affiliate.

Great goals here. The training will help you understand how this works so you can gauge how much time you want to spend to achieve your goals. With your determination to do the training and to apply it, you will be amazed at how much you can achieve.

WA is a very friendly, helpful and active community. We like to help new comers achieve success. The Online Entrepreneur Training which is a self-managed program. You can do it at your pace. When you have questions, you can ask them in the comments section after each lesson.

Now that you've outlined your goals, you can start working towards them. Remember that this is a journey and not a destination.

There is a lot of work ahead, so the more effort that you put in, the more you will achieve.

As Kyle (one of the owners) likes to say - success is very cumulative in nature.

Every action you take will add up to much greater success. I can tell you that when you earn your first money, it will all become very REAL and it will lead to much more success.

The more time you can spend working through the training here at Wealthy Affiliate, the sooner you will have the foundation that you can build upon.

As you build your online business remember the 4 Step Process. It is the successful framework for any online business.

Step 1: Choose your niche
Step 2: Build your website/content
Step 3: Get rankings in search engines (leads to traffic)
Step 4: Monetize your traffic (the make money part, through affiliate programs signing up for and adding affiliate links to your posts)

We wish you much success in your online journey.

Hello Russell,

It's great to see you here at Wealthy Affiliate, you have come to a great place to learn about Internet marketing. I really hope you can build an online business.

The great thing is that you have everything you need here to be successful online, it just takes time and effort. My best advice to you is to go through the training, take action and ask questions along the way. The more time you can spend going through the training, the quicker you will reach your goals.

I don't know anything about gaming, is there anything you could do in the gaming niche or guitars?

I'm sorry your country is going through what is going through, I'm surprised! Here in the UK, the narrative is wearing very thin and the truth is coming out! I hope it reaches your part of the world soon.

That's very wise not to take the vaccine, I haven't and won't be! I think the world is just starting to wake up that it is the biggest hoax we have ever seen.

I wish you all the best.

Thx Roy for the encouragement, it is really tough her in Melbourne Australia the most locked down city in the world. I was working for Woolworths the largest grocery chain in Australia for almost 15 years now, but they mandated vaccines so I went on holidays and used all of my 10 weeks I had saved but now I am on unpaid leave and expecting to get sacked before we are out of this. As unvaccinated we can go to all to all the retail shops but we can't get a haircut(how stupid), so about 3 months since I had a haircut of which I use to get monthly, I'm looking a bit ragged. This is how I found WA, I had to find an alternative, but I know it will take a while to make a responsible income, so as unvaxed and 61 not to many jobs available so I am a muso so it is time to hit the streets and start busking again, it has been a while and people don't carry much cash any more. DOH! But no other prospects at the moment. The only income I have is welfare which is lest than $350 a week, so things are tight and I'm feeling it. But I have faith in Jesus and he has never let me down in all my years so he will make a way no doubt.

Hi Russell, thank you for following me, and a very warm welcome to my network of entrepreneurs. One of the things that I love about Wealthy Affiliate is the friendly community.

I know in my early days I felt overwhelmed and although I was learning heaps, I felt a little alone. But many people offered support and encouragement here.

Building your own network here will help you learn skills about community and social interactions which you can use in your business. Make sure you don’t spend all your time with the community, you need to be doing lessons and creating lots of content for your website. Your business will bring you money and the community will feed your soul.

Wishing you great success in your business. If you are still thinking about which niche you should choose this tutorial may help you. Warm Regards,

Lily

aussiemuso- when I read your advice to Russell - my head said - oh-oh...that maybe what I am doing. It is so much fun to read about the others, comment, etc.

I hope that the ideas simply percolate while my fingers type. I will have to watch my allocation of time. Maybe, I should commit to training everyday...

That sounds like a great plan Marsha.
You do want to be learning something every day and doing the assignments. Balance the work with the fun.

Congratulations and Welcome as a Premium Member of the Wealthy Affiliate community. Here you will find many others just like you, starting on their journey towards a profitable online business. You will also find those who have already made it and are happy to share their knowledge by answering your questions as they arise.

My best advice is to follow the training but to implement what you are learning as you go along. When you need clarification on something, ask questions.

Good luck with it all. I'm now following you and you are welcome to ask me any questions, any time.
