Have A Successful Journey

It was the year 1953. I was born the youngest of eight. Because of a fatal car accident my mother died six months after my birth. I did not get to see her smile, carry on a conversation with her, have her kiss my cheek nor I her's. But life awarded me the chance to find a woman that put up with my struggles and failures for 41 years, She birthed 5 children for me. There are two boys and three girls. They came in boy, girl, boy, girl, and the last one was a girl so that ended the family group. But now those five has grown into three son-in-laws, one daughter-in-law, three grandsons, and six granddaughters. I call them " The Rushing Clan". It is amazing to me not only how time has passed but how blessed we are to be a part of such a growing family.

This reminds me of an even larger family here at Wealthy Affiliates. I would like to from time to time share with you some of the things I have learned and am learning along the way. It will not be original material but material I find quite resonating at this time in my life and at this stage. I do not intend to be offensive to anyone but if I happen to be polically incorrect about something then please by all means let me know. I do want you to know up front that I am a christian. I am also a former prison chaplain and presently a prison evangelist but I do mot intend to preach any sermons here. I am well aware that this is not the audience for those type of sermons.

It has been a while since I have had to spend so much time writing or blogging. So I guess it will take me a minute to get back in the swing of things. I think that we are all here with the same objective and that is to be Successful. I am with you there! I believe and agree that success is a multifaceted achievement that involves many concepts and often, many differnt people. The point is that life is about success! This means that as long as you have breath in your body and a willingness to put forth the effort you can constantly change things for the better. Success is not only a process, but I believe it is also a journey. So until next time here's to wishing you a good trip!
