Schedule Your Success!
I have officially completed 1 month here in WA and one thing I think is important to note is to Schedule Your Success. One of my mentors once told me, "If you don't schedule it, it doesn't happen."
We all have dreams and goals, but in order to be able to move forward and conquer the next step we have to know where we are going. What good is it to say we want something if we're not willing to write it down and work on accomplishing that specific goal on a specific date?
With that being said, I took the liberty of purchasing a calendar and based on my work schedule, I write down exactly what lesson I want to complete by the end of the week. This helps me stay grounded on what I need to complete during the week so that I'm able to reach my goals.
In all reality, just following the lessons and tasks are enough for accountability, however, if it's not written on your schedule it becomes easy to say, "I'll just get to that tomorrow." Tomorrow becomes next week and before you know it, you're off track and wondering how you got so behind.
So Schedule your success, check it off your calendar when complete and watch your journey unravel before your eyes.
And my favorite thing to do is always celebrate your victories, no matter how small.
P.S. The progress and all that I've accomplished this month has been amazing. I look forward to Month 2 and what it will unravel for me.
To Your Success,
Ruby

That’s great! I finally realized how helpful a schedule was about a month after joining WA and it has been. Great help!! That’s wonderful! I’m happy for you :)
Hi Ruby,
So very true, I do try to have a daily list of things to do, but should really prioritise more. In fact I now a have printed blank schedule. with blank time slots in, which i fill in each evening for the next day, this does work to an extent.
Regards Stuart
Ruby my good intentions are fine, it is making myself do them that causes a problem, though funnily enough these posts have got me really fired up again.
Just set the goal you want to achieve by the end of the week, put it on the calendar and get it done. At the end of the week, you'll feel awesome!
You are very right. I have not been able to complete my homework. I feel I am keeping behind.
Yea just set what lesson or lessons you want to complete by the end of the week. Include the time it takes to write your content.
Then make sure to set time aside for the webinars. I've learned they are really important to having a better understanding.
Also set aside time for comments for your content and to give comments back as well as participate in the community.
It sounds like a lot and it is but if you make time for it on a schedule you'll be amazed at how much you accomplish.
