Goal are very important. It's always difficult to start something new and stay motivated but once we get into the habit of incorporating your delay goals and learn how the business operates, it will get easier and easier as you go. We are creatures of habits. I'm still overwhelm and like you said Rick, we all have a life. I hope we all will be mentoring others in a few years from now. I wish you all the best of luck..

Hi. You're right, setting goals to make your business successful is extremely important. Many here work part or full time and so have to balance that in. And lets not forget the families...they seem to like our attention, too.

I think with 2014 soon upon us we should be setting realistic goals. I'm breaking mine up into chunks and then drilling down each of those chunks into bite-size pieces. And overall, I know where I want to be by next Christmas. Thanks for prompting this discussion.
