Hi everyone! I'm embarrassed to ask this question---I feel like it should be much easier than I'm making it---but here goes:

I've already set up an email inbox (Websites

Glad to know that it is solved. :) Yay!

Thank you!!

All this new technology to learn can be overwhelming & frustrating enough, but little things like this are the absolute worst, in my opinion!!

Thanks for the quick responses, guys. I'm not seeing the option showed in AbieAJ's screenshot, but it got me thinking...

Maybe the reason I'm not seeing the login is because I set up the forwarding addresses. I'm going to test it out real quick and will report back!

That's weird, you don't have login option. I would contact the Site Support and let them know. Give them your screenshot as well.

I've already created the inbox. And I set it up to forward to another address.

Hi @AbieAJ!

Yes, it has. As you suspected, I had to cancel & recreate. I updated my original post (above) with the solution + screenshot.

Thanks again for your help! :)

This training has step by step instruction: Don't worry if it says Siterubix. It is still relevant since we're talking about the Site Email.

In the Wesites->SiteManager screen it will list the emails address you have set up.

Next to each email is a login to webmail link, click that and it will open a new window in your browser (If on desktop). This new window is your webmail.

On the left side you can see your inbox and stuff and then on the top left, theres a button for new message, click this button to write a new email.

There are no such things as embarrassing questions!!
:)

Hi, if you created it, you would be able to log in to your Webmail, receive and send emails. You just log in using your email and generated password. (see image)

If it was forwarded, you would receive it in your forwarding email.

No question is embarrassing.
