Woo boy, it’s been a crazy ride so far!

It’s been about a month now since I began my journey to building an income from home. I had no idea what I was doing at first, but I just knew that I had to do it.

Truth is, I actually started this whole “home business” venture before finding out about and becoming a part of Wealthy Affiliate. I mean, I had only started the venture like 2 weeks before joining WA, but it was still something.

I knew a long time ago that I wanted to start a website and a business, but I wasn’t sure exactly what to do beyond that. Thankfully now though, with all the help and resources provided hear at WA, I feel like I have a clearer path marked out for me.

Now I am able to truly begin my journey! And for me, there was no question what my niche would revolve around…

Cats of course!

I’ve always had a bit of an obsession with animals and I’ve worked extensively in animal care, particularly with cats. So it seemed only natural that my first business venture would revolve around them in some way, shape or form.

Since I haven’t really been doing this whole business thing all that long, I haven’t seen a whole lot in terms of traffic or growth just yet. Maybe a few visits to my website each day from friends or Pinterest, but nothing too crazy. But I know I must keep going, despite how things may look now, I have to keep moving forward. Success will come in due time.

For now, my main focus for the next several months will be adding lots of cat-themed content to my site. It just seems that content is “key”. And I’ve certainly got a lot of things in my head that I want to write about. I could talk for ages about cat “stuff”, but it just takes time to do some extra research and make sure that my content is top-notch.

So with all that said, I continue on in my journey, inching closer to becoming the cat-obsessed business owner I’ve always wanted to be!
