Seedbeds for Innovation and Creativity
Individual creativity was a cognitive process of new ideas or one revisited to improve on. Thought was referred to as a philosophical concept in existentialism. Creative ideas represented a seedbed for innovation to implementation. These in turn, represented people who had a preference for thinking, in novel ways. People who think globally instead of locally, distinguishing the wood from the trees.
People who had intellectual abilities to see problems in a new way, to escape the bounds of conventional wonder. People with analytic abilities recognized which ideas were worth pursuing; persuading others of the value of their conceptual reasoning.
Many an answer might not be acceptable to someone but that doesn't make it wrong - it's just another way to look at it, another point of view based on their experience or theory. Many films are adaptations of novel dramatizations; exampled by Aesop fables and Disney. Curious point:- It seems the east coast reads and writes the average script, the west coast produces the adaptation of the script, leaving the south and central areas to enjoy the result. A Canadian location had a tax rebate and one third the population to interfere with production; prompting an independent gorilla production and waived union involvement.
A script was a blueprint or a plan. The script took into consideration all the elements of the story and planned the best way of shooting for presentation on the small screen. The script anticipated in scenario, every situation to prepare for that circumstance or contingency. The script had the advantage of being planned objectively when the camera was not concerned with pure camera matters of intellectual responsibilities. And to those who haven't tried it yet, there was as much fun scripting as there was in filming the adaptation. No matter what the subject, the movie was better for having been prepared in advance. Opportunities still presented themselves with improvisation made. Pictures are definitely better for having continuity well thought out, as far as possible, beforehand. Every film, event and excursion was different and presented its own problems. Certain fundamental rules were applied with variations limited only by the imagination of the producer; adding interest and continuity.
Software programs currently exist representing a practical tool for transforming any existing material such as an article, comic book, novel, short story, story-board, personal or true story into a film script. Finding material for adaptation was found on "public domain cluster" sites, based on the source or 'a priori' are numerous. Without a copyright renewal they were classified as "open domain" now using formats such as epub, mobi, pdf, mp3 and numerous others. If you have the source, it can be used as a spring-board to creative blending, not to mention cost and storage savings.
The Encyclopedia of Behavioral Sciences said, "While some theories of creativity and flow suggest that creative work was primarily sustained by intrinsic motivation, emerging research suggests that extrinsic rewards could complement intrinsic motivation. Rewards appeared to be counter-productive only if they served to displace attention from the task; toward the reward. Despite many popular beliefs to the contrary, there was considerable evidence that extrinsic rewards encourage both creativity and innovation implementation."
