Choosing a Niche
Not sure what to choose?
Feeling overwhelmed by the variety of topics?
Maybe this will help.
1. Think about the goal. The goal is to bring a potential customer to our site and have them purchase a product through our site.
If you think about this, we are acting as salespeople. Pretty simple.
2.How does a salesperson close a sale?
A salesperson closes a sale by helping the customer make a well informed purchase decision by offering advice, information, or instruction.
The Nutshell
People are searching specific information on the internet, "how to train your dog", or "how to fix my coffee machine".
So ask yourself, what are you passionate about? How can I offer value added information to help others? By helping others you build rapport with your site visitor. You don't have to be an expert, all you need to do is offer valuable information.
You might be great at drawing, or fixing cars, or gardening. Every single person has at least one or two hobbies, interests, or skill sets that make them valuable to others. You and only you can find your niche. You just need to look at the obvious.
1. What are you good at?
2. How can you help others by offering advice, information, or instruction?
3. Choose products that will help others that are aligned with your niche..
4. Offer these products to your visitors to help them and help you. Win - Win
Ultimately, you need to think about your customer, and what your customers needs are, and how can you help them with their needs. The rest follows.
