The Power Of A Book!
The other day I was listening to a podcast on YouTube. The podcast owner is a highly successful YouTuber and YouTube teacher. He was talking about the power of writing a book!
This was a good reminder to me to move forward and to get started with a book. In fact, for the last six months I have been making efforts in the background regarding content for my future book. However, progress slows down in the summer months as I'm quite busy with my off-line business.
I have bookmarked several posts and training from Wealthy Affiliate members, which include, Jeff, Meland Phil. I haven't actually looked at their training as yet, as I still have more work to do before I can potentially publish my book. I have not even thought of a title for the book, as yet!
For a long time I have seen the power that a book can produce. I think it's good to be able to share our honest experience and to talk to people about our struggles and dos and don'ts etc!
I know that there are several members on this great platform that have created books. Do you have any experience you could share or training on Wealthy Affiliate that has been helpful on the subject?
Thank you for reading.
Have a great Sunday.

Hi, Roy
All the info you need is in the very high-quality posts on WA from the members you’ve listed and others!
You might ask ChatGPT to give you 20 irresistible titles for your book. Just tell it what you book is about in a few sentences. 😎
Rock On!🤘

Good morning Frank,
Yes, that's very true, I must admit I haven't carried out a search for the required information, but I'm sure I can find many gems within the platform!
Okay, that makes sense, I will give ChatGPT a go. I have a few simple titles in my mind, but maybe AI can give me something that's a bit more catchy or lively!
Have a great day.
Roy
I use ChatGPT to generate titles and meta descriptions.
Let me know how you make out, Roy. 😎

I really find it fascinating how members are utilising ChatGPT!
I will Frank, it will probably be a few months away though as I'm quite busy at the moment.
Have a great day.

Hi Roy,
I have just bought a self-published book by a physiotherapist with a clinic specialising in helping over 50's.
If I lived nearer to his clinic, I think I would be booking in a session
I am sure his book must be bringing him more clients!
Good luck with your future book!
Julia
Good morning Julia,
I hope you're doing well and that business is good.
I very much hear where you're coming from! I believe a book written from the heart and with genuine information can go a long way!
I appreciate you taking the time to comment.
Have a great day.
Roy
Sounds wonderful. I am planning on writing a book of my own which won't be until later in the future so I still have a lot of time before I can publish one of my own.
Myra 💜
Good morning Myra,
I hope you're doing well.
That sounds like a great plan, Myra, I think most members would benefit from publishing a book. I have been talking about it for far too long, time is a great thing! I hope you're able to publish your book soon.
Have a great day.
Roy
Hi Roy. Like Isaiah I am working on my first Science Fiction novel, but for a much longer time. I am publishing it on Kindel Vella in episodes like JefferyBrown is.
I will echo Isaiah and Mel, Just Be You. In other words, Let your voice be heard. You have to develop your own voice through your writing.
Good Fortune
JD
Good morning J.D.,
That's great that you are writing a book, well done for making the effort and for making it happen.
What is Kindle Vella, please? Is that different to Kindle? I have just asked Google; here is the short answer! We learn something every day! Kindle Vella sounds something like I might need to use as I would like to release short stories. However, I need to carry out some proper research.
"Kindle Vella is a serialized reading platform where writers can release stories in short episodes."
Yes, I very much agree, I think it's very important that we are the voice rather than trying to mimic someone else or to try and be something that we are not!
Have a great day.
Roy
Thanks, Roy.
Here is what the KDP Help site says about Kindle Vella.
Kindle Vella
We're introducing a new storytelling option: Kindle Vella. With Kindle Vella, U.S.-based authors can publish serialized stories, one short episode at a time. Readers can explore Kindle Vella stories in the Kindle app by going to the Discover tab in app on iOS devices or the Store tab in app on Android and Fire devices and tapping the Kindle Vella link, and they can also visit the Kindle Vella store at http://www.amazon.com/kindle-vella.
Here is the address to Kindle Direct Publishing.
https://kdp.amazon.com/en_US
On the right-hand side of the page is where you set up an account, sign in, and a list of things where you can find Kindle Vella to start publishing.
At this time it is available in the US. I am not sure about Canada or Central and South America.
Good Luck Roy.

Good morning J.D.,
Thank you for the very useful information, I do appreciate it.
It's amazing how much we can learn through a blog post and comments etc! I hadn't heard of Kindle Vella until today!
Thank you for the address to your authors page, it's great that you have published a book! Well done.
Enjoy the rest of your day.

Roy,
I have written two books over the years. Both self-published. The first was A COMFREY COOKBOOK which sold about 5,000 copies through health food stores. At the time I distributed herbal products all over the world. Helped our product sales.
The second was written with my wife, WHAT DO I DO NOW? We are in the Network Marketing business in over twenty countries (wellness products) and we sold about 4,000 copies to people in Networking. We used it in training programs across the globe. I use it today as a "give away" in our business. It works well for us.
My advice: Start today. Don't wait. You will never complete your book if you wait!
Phil
Good morning Phil,
Thank you very much for sharing your experience on book writing, it's appreciated.
It sounds like your efforts in writing a book have paid off, especially if it's helped you promote various products. I have always liked the idea of being able to give a book away as I can see how it could promote a website or product etc.
That sounds like good advice, tomorrow never comes!
Have a great day.
