New Tube Channel 2 Months Plus In – 400%+ Increase

Recently I created a new YouTube channel as more of a hobby rather than a business venture. It's a channel based on Christian principles, mixed with news and current affairs. I have been trying to upload videos every day, I haven't quite managed everyday, however, I'm not too far off my target. The great thing is YouTube and WordPress is that you can schedule blog posts. This means that I can produce a few videos in one session, which is extremely useful especially when we are busy.

It's actually about six weeks since I wrote my previous blog post, but I will try and give you the stats from the two-month period. I will try and keep my figures from 13th February to 14th March. In this way, the figures will represent the second month.
In this period the general received 4954 views, watch time was 150 hours and I gained 85 subscribers. So a considerable increase of over 400% plus, overall. I am finding some videos have good viewing numbers and other videos just have a few views.
For example, my top video that was released on February 10th 1650 views and another similar video has received 1300+ views. On the other end of the scale, there are some videos that have only received one view for that period. I am still working out why some videos are so much more popular than others.
When I create a video that receives a good number of views, it's a great way to increase subscriber numbers quickly. It's probably been around three weeks since I've had a video that has reached three figures for views. I would say that most of the videos were very average around 35 views, although the views are in general increasing.
Due to the nature of my YouTube channel, I don't know if YouTube is penalising me at all, as a lot of things on the channel would go against YouTube's narrative. However, I will continue to keep posting as much as possible, my aim is to try and keep producing one video a day.
The main reason for me writing about my YouTube channel is to encourage other members to get started on YouTube. I know that there have been some great success stories from Wealthy Affiliate members who are implementing YouTube into their business.
