Not really. You have less than 10 monthly searches there which could be zero. You want at least 50 monthly searches and personally, I look for a QSR below 200 and never over 300. You don't really need to worry about SEO score.
Just monthly searches and QSR.

Don and Steve are right, but I'd like to add my 2 cents into the mix:
QSR is just a calculation of the EXACT competition of a keyword. To find it, you need only use Jaaxy or the WA keyword tool. OR you can hop on Google, type the keyword into quotes and when the results pop up, go to the last page. This will show the EXACT competition which is the same # Jaaxy and the WA keyword tools show.
Now onto the question of your particular keyword. Less than 10 is usually not a keyword I'd write about. My rule of thumb is monthly searches over 50 and QSR less than a 100 (less than 300 is OK too). The less the better and the best QSR you can have is 0 which means NO competition.
However in rare instances if the keyword you're looking for has few searches BUT makes sense to write about on your blog, then go for it. Content gets ranked so your post may end up getting traffic from related keywords you didn't even know were on the blog.
