Is Wealthy Affiliate Annual Membership Worth It?
Hello, there my Wealthy Affiliates, today I want to answer a question I saw on Quora, the person asked, is Wealthy Affiliate Annual Membership worth it? Before we get into answering this question, I want to share my own experience. And before I do that I want to mention that this post is also inspired by another post I read here in WA earlier today.
The post sounded so much like a post I had posted here a couple of years ago, and it made me go down memory lane reading my old posts. It was funny reading some of the posts I have posted, I particularly like one I did where I was pretending to be a detective lol You can read that mess here.

Anyway, the post I am referring to is one I wrote about needing some encouragement you can read the post here, I was quite frustrated by how things were going. Amazon had just informed me that they were closing my Associates account due to the lack of sales, I had not managed to generate the required 3 sales so they can evaluate my website.
I was devastated to receive that news because I had done lots of Amazon product reviews, my website is about skincare, and at that time I had about 30 posts most containing Amazon links.
Anyway, later I was able to make the 3 sales but then my Associates account was closed because of the wording in my affiliate disclosure. This time I was very angry because the disclosure I had used obviously had found it in the Site Content.
Apparently, it wasn't supposed to have words like ''support our cause or ''with no extra cost to you''. Luckily after editing the disclosure, I contacted Amazon and asked them to re-evaluate my website, they did and re-opened my Associates account.

I am getting to my point, On a side note, I was watching a funny video of how when women tell a story never go straight to the point lol, the video was of a wife telling her husband how she had been craving a burger, and when she went to get it something happened at the fast food place, by the time she got to what had happed at the fast food place, the husband was fast asleep lol.
Back to my question, is Wealthy Affiliate Annual membership worth it? I will tell you why I think it's worth it, when I was going through all the growing pains of building my website if I was on the monthly plan, chances are I would have quit. But because I had already upgraded my membership to annual, I had time to fix my problems and keep working on my websites.
So yes if you can, it's a good idea to upgrade to the annual membership here in Wealthy Affiliate and give yourself time and peace of mind to work on your business and correct some mistakes you might make in the beginning of your journey.

I have paid Annual for the past 6 years and saved money every year to the tune of hundreds of dollars with more than enough value to justify the cost. This last cycle I went up to Premium Plus and if I have to ever give it up I will be quite unhappy. WA4Life
When I joined, I took out the annual membership almost immediately as it was a Black Friday offer. I was then grandfathered in at the offer price, so I get WA for the equivalent of about $25 /month.
I built two websites for clients and hosted them at WA. They pay me a management fee, which covers the $25/month.

Wow! I didn't think about that, well, it will be a lot of money to pay in one go but it sounds like an idea.
Probably a lifetime membership at one time cost (including all courses/community/chat) without web hosting.
Only for domain/hosting we can pay small amount annually, 3,or 5 years.🤔

I would definitely like to see a 2 year and lifetime option added even if Lifetime were only offered on Black Friday or for an Anniversary Sale. The value just never ceases to climb so anything you can log in is a great sale it is the time to make it happen.
If I have enough fund I'll prepare to pay an annual membership. Besides of gettng a big discount, No more hazzle to pay every month

I upgraded to the Premium discount plan March 2020. It was the final offer of the traditional Black Friday plan from years past. Glad I did because it’s going to be grandfathered at the same rate as long as I pay the renewals. That deal will never be repeated.
The downside is I have no incentive to upgrade to Premium Plus at the moment. But the points you made about sticking with the membership through difficult times holds true. If I had the monthly plan I probably would have dropped it when I hit financial problems a year ago.
Eventually I will upgrade to Premium Plus. And it will be the annual plan. I’ll only do that when I earn enough to keep paying it annually.

Hi Edwin, yes my next step is to upgrade to Premium Plus but I want to be also in the annual plan not monthly.
I have to work harder though because I of course want to be able to stay once I shift, I don't think it will be nice to be a Premium Plus and then go back to the normal Premium, I would feel like I am missing out on a lot of stuff.
So for now, I shall remain with the normal premium annual membership.
