I tried to look for keywords in Hebrew on Jaaxy and it doesn't work. How can I find good much with good keywords in my local market if jaaxy (or WA keyword tool) can't help me?

Well, it looks like it doesn't work for others languages, then.
Jaaxy is mainly built for the English language because there's where there are more customers with high consumer habits.
Try using Google Adwords Keyword Planner instead.

If I have an article that may be helpful in the make money niche and I want to publish it with my affiliate link where can I do it? I know that I can build my own websit
My advise: build your own web properties not someone else's.
It's always preferable to post it on your own site.
If it's not in the same niche it doesn't make much sense, but it is still your site your adding content to and not someone else's that you can't even control in the future.
You could try places like Hubpages, Squidoo, Medium. Ezine Articles will not allow affiliate links.
It will be near to impossible to have a sustainable business without a website for it so I would bear in mind that as a Premium member, you can host up to 50 sites here at WA, so why not have one of them for this niche? My two cents for what they're worth! :)
But I didn't mean to have a bussiness, I just want to publish my own one article and if visitors will read it they will use my affiliate link.
Ok, fair enough. I just thought that if you have one great article which could work, do you not feel you could produce any more? Anyways, it's obviously up to you which way you go and I wish you all the best :)
you could publish it on any of the ezine sites or ask some of the more established members if it is suitable for their sites - guest blogging or keep it in the bank if you decide to do a WA site in the future. maybe get it published then in the future link to it.

I tried to find it in settings but didn't find any option to do auto forward to all my emails.
This one I really can't help you. I use different hosting & domain services. But it seems upsgirl has already answered.
