Help me in choosing a niche site - it might help others

I'm in the middle of niches reaserch (didn't decided yet on a specific niche) and I thought it may be cool idea to share with you one of the process I did for one of the niche. I think it could help me and also help others. I know that i'm taking a risk that someone will steal my niche idea, but I trust people here.
The product I think to sell is a clickbank product - reverse phone lookup - www.phonedetective.com. Gravity on clickbank: 97.
I did some keyword reaserch and here are the results:
white pages reverse lookup phone number - searches: 10565 competition: 32
whose phone number is this - searches: 3491 competiton: 82
find whose phone number called - searches: 2820 competition: 21

there are more relevant words, but I think those are enough. I'll be happy to hear your opinion based on your experience:
1. What do you think about the product? is it sales?
2. What do you think about the keywords traffic and competition. Is it a worthy niche?
