The "New Year, New Start" concept.

Hi everyone,

Kyle posted about a month ago about getting stuck in right there and then and Jan 1st just being another day so why wait. I replied to this in full agreement, which I wholeheartedly felt. However, with only a month or so's hindsight I now realise I was talking the talk without walking the walk. I've been coasting along recently. In fact my application to WA has been stop/start, hit/miss, hot/ cold, call it what you will, since my initial joining in July.

So, I'm using the New Year concept as an almighty kick up the bee-hind and really getting my WA act together. I've just watched my Black Friday Bonus video (told you I was stop/start) and it's really opened my eyes about the direction I want to be taking. I want to be an authority within my niche, I'm prepared to do background work to achieve this and I'm going to set out proper planning and goals to put it all into motion.

I now realise that RESEARCH is massive in anything I do so I will be diving into this, asking more questions, watching more videos and hopefully fully absorbing myself in this wonderful community/university.
