My progress thus far 4-7

Hey there affiliate family, Rodney Jr here and I have some things I want to share with you all. First, I'm on Course 4-7. I'm surprised I made it this far because I've been working so much lately that I haven't been able to give WA my full attention. However, I do find time to do so despite being busy with my job.

Second, I love my website and have made awesome progress on keeping up with the lessons to make it into a visual and strategic video game marvel. Here's my website so far - http://strategiesforactionadve... I've made strategies for action/adventure games and RPGs my top priority on my website, but lately I've been thinking about expanding to other genre of games such as platform and shooters.

Feel free to leave me a comment about that because I'm interested in hearing what you all think regarding that.

Third, since joining WA, I've learned the right and wrong ways to create a website and content for it. In the past, I've just created content based on whatever I wanted involving gaming; didn't matter what it was.

However, following the lessons on WA, I got an email one day in the distant past (a few months ago) that one of my pages was indexed on Google. So, from that moment forth, I knew and was convinced that WA was the way to go as far as building an online business.

Fourth, one question that I do have is, how long does it take to finally get a customer to buy something off your website thru your affiliate link; amazon is pressuring me about making a sale before they shut me down so how long does it take?

Fifth, a particular success that I'm happy to share is the amount of followers that I have on my social media accounts regarding my posts; I consider them a success because I didn't even get much or any engagement on past websites that I had so that's considered a win for me.

Sixth, my plans in the next 3 months is to continue doing the training with hopes of getting a sale and continuing to share my video game knowledge with the world and people here at WA.

Seventh and final, my plans for the next 6 months is a lot of the same like the previous one except, getting more exposure, making a passive income and being able to have money coming in monthly.

I do have one concern. I love video gaming and I love being able to play my games so as to get some ideas and remembrance of strategies that I devised long ago, is it wrong to put video gaming on the back burner to come up with ideas without my inspiration or should I combine playing my games as a means of having something to contribute to my website?

Thank you all for your time and my apologies if my post is a little long but I wanted to be thorough.

Keep gaming! I tell you what... I grew up in the 80s as kid, and got into gaming on the Commodore 64 and later the Commodore Amiga 500 in the early 90s. Love gaming... Love retro gaming. Game or die... I have to game.

Though, I admit I don't game nearly as much as I used to (I'm now 44 and have a lot going on), but I still find time, even if just 4-7 hours per week to mess around on my PC. These days Elite Dangerous keeps me busy, and I have to admit I have been geeking out a bit playing Star Trek Online, which I just discovered a few days ago.

Setting aside time for my day job and still manage my handful of websites that I blog and do affiliate marketing on takes up most of my time. But I still find time to do the things I enjoy, such as camping, fishing, hunting, movies, gaming...etc... You have to keep fueling the creative juices.

Good luck on your website. Keep gaming, and keep working on the site. Find time for both, at least that's what I suggest.

ThankTD, I appreciate the sentiment. I will never stop gaming. But I am finding it a little easier to find time to do it despite working 9a to 8p 5 days a week. I was just playing Final Fantasy X-2 and 007 Everything or Nothing. I didn't get to play Dragonball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 but I will when I play my PS2 again.
