Clickbank Success for 2020 - Platinum Affiliate
Hi Guys,
Its been ages since I posted. I decided that in November 2019 I was going to start promoting products on Clickbank as an Affiliate. I have since become a Platinum Affiliate on Clickbank and have made over $370k in paid commission to date(see cover photo). Next wednesday is another paycheck day (each Wednesday) so that will add another roughly $20k to that figure. I took some of the ideas I learned inside WA and used them to help me create success on Clickbank.
I have used this money for many things, including reinvesting in my internet business. Also, a lot of it goes to my family dotted around the world that have been affected by the economic downturn. So I am very lucky to have been able to help people.
I am returning to work more inside Wealthy Affiliate and build on my learned success. I am looking for more long term success and something more sustainable, so branding and developing new affiliate relationships outside of Clickbank . So I will work hard and try and achieve the same or even higher results in the next 6 months .

This is very cool considering you have not been here very long. I would love to see some more data and stats on this if you have the time. I don't mean income, but traffic, posts, page views etc.
What affiliate databases do you use?
I just do paid advertising (Facebook, Google and Microsoft) and Solo ads. Thats it. Also, you need a great converting product , so always go for the the best on Clickbank. Saves you tons of time testing offers. Obviously you need good ad copy, so I did a course on that too and bought a few books on the subject. Most of the time is spent reading ad providers policies. Trust me, they all just want your cash and ban accounts for anything, even simple things. It takes a bit of work but its all possible. With any CB offer, you need hops (basically click throughs) , so your landing pages must convert well or hop counts drop and no orders. I typically get about 3k hops per offer per day. But then its all about traffic, hence paid traffic.
This is very short term you can imagine, so the long term strategy is take that earning and invest in long term internet earnings, hence me building out the brand and going from there.

I am about a month ahead on my publishing schedule and would like to be a few months ahead. when I could potentially invest some time into it.
What is an add copy? Which course or books would you recommend?
Like you say organic traffic is the ultimate goal so that you can earn passive income.

I would recommend "The Jim Edwards Method " membership to learn about ad acopy (its the text and headlines used in adverts) , Copywriting Secrets Book, by Jim Edwards etc. I recommend him as he is an author of several books and has great tools to guide you. Its worth it. He teaches you about methods to also improve your organic traffic. But, mostly ad copy. He is the real deal. Other than that, there are loads of good books on Amazon on ad copy.

Congrats Rob in leveraging Clickbabk to earn an amazing income. May I ask if you focus on a specific niche, or promote whatever catches your fancy?
It would be great if you created a training on the strategy you used to achieve these amazing results.

Hi Edwin, I focus mainly on DIY and Health Niche. I will give the training some thought as it may not be for everyone. However, my tips are - Create FAN pages on Facebook - get huge following on each Fan Page , promote sensibly on paid ads and solos. Scale the winners, ditch the losers.
