Immigrate in Australia
My story how I came to Australia,
Hi everyone, in my first Blog I want to tell you a bit how I was coming from Germany to Australia.
Firstly, I started as a backpacker and I was 24 years old, my education is car mechanic. I did an apprenticship in Germany over 4 years and since then I keep working in this industrie.
I had no english language experience and really nothing except 5.000 Euro and a work and holiday visa where I started in Sydney, after a month I got a farm work and worked on a horse race course where I repaired trucks and lawn movers, after 88 days I could finally apply for my second year holiday visa.
After a few partys and women I got finally in my working routine as a car mechanic and found a sponsorship visa from a national worldwide forklift company where I still work for and I had to manage an english test which is not really easy if you work physiclly full time.
However, after I achieved my english test with the required points I was heading to the next challenge, that was the PR (permanent residency). I was holding the sponsorship visa and could apply for the PR because I have now achieved my english test.
This year I got my PR then, and I was super happy about it, also my girlfriend were on my visa, which means she got the PR as well.
I just want to give you guys hope and motivation if you never learned an other language or resident in an other country. I believe you can achieve everything with hard work.
Rob

Thanks for sharing such a motivating story. It must be so hard learning a new language, especially English. Anything is possible with the right mindset!
