Well done for persevering, that says a lot! I think all of us have an element of procrastination in us, maybe sometimes this can be in the form of overwhelm, checking data, etc. The good news is that you can see your faults and you're not playing the blame game!

It sounds like you have now got in a habit of doing things regularly, which will hopefully be your breakout time and bring success!

All the very best! Trust me, we are in the same boat. I've been a member for 10 years but I was on and off. Because I worked on the night shift, I'm not able to work on my site purely my mistake.

I resigned from my job due to health issues, and now I'm going to focus fully on my online business.

Hi Rob - a year ago, after not logging into WA for all that year, I looked to check whether I actually wanted to renew for another year. I had been grandfathered in and had kept paying my membership. But with moving to a bungalow and sorting out various financial things because of getting older - I am 75 today - I didn't want to go on paying for something I wasn't using.

I looked at the platform a few days before my renewal date and was surprised by how much it had changed. There was fear of loss - I realised I'd missed out on several months of AI credits because I hadn't used them and they hadn't carried over, and I was intrigued by the content writer and the hubs and so on. I decided to let my two websites go that I hadn't been working on anyway, and to start a new one in a similar niche. And I can say, I have been logged in here and have been working every day since and have just renewed for another year. My website has nearly 100 pages now and I have started two more.

It's great that you are invigorated and are working on your online business now every spare moment. (I had actually thought that you were very successful anyway.)

Keep well and keep going, and it won't be your last year. Let's compare notes in a year's time.

Glad to know I am not the only one who has been here for y-e-a-r-s and has not produced. I have tried many times, but life always seems to get in the way. I thought when we retired and moved for the last time, things would be different. But crap just keeps happening, Also, when you are barely scraping by, there seems to be many other obligations just to get through the month. I think I have been here 8+ years. I did manage to get 4 websites built and started, but lost interest. Even then, I could not stop paying yearly. Before WA, I spent thousands for hosting, site set-up, etc. to no avail. I was scammed numerous times. So I know the value of all WA offers. $25/mo., even if I don't use it, is a bargain. Also, I just couldn't give up the sites I worked so hard on.But this year, I have decided to make it or break it! I am hoping with all the new tools, etc. I will FINALLY succeed. I also got a new domain and am starting a completely different website, one that will hold my interest. Also, there are hundreds of keywords and articles I can write! So I feel a renewed interest. Also, I wasted almost half of last year down in bed because of health reasons. I could have been learning WA all that time. My New Year's resolution is to whole- heartedly commit to getting my new website up and monetized! Good luck to you and all the other procrastinators here!! I have always wanted to surprise my husband. But I am running out of time. He is 84!!

AI does make our work easier, and when used smarter it can supercharge your efforts especially with an existing 750page website (of course do optimize and update/rewrite the content if old and resubmit to GSC for indexing)
