So now I've been here a few weeks, have come to understand more of the DO's and DON'T'S here at WA, I'd like to share what I've come to know.

1: People here are very encouraging and helpful when your new here. Unlike some GURU sites and forums I've been in, the mentoring and assistance through the chat area has been very much appreciated. While I may not agree with some policies, they aren't mine to begin with, so if I don't like it I can choose not to partipate, simply ignore it and hope I don't get caught or comply and remain an active member of this community. I've chosen to comply as I find value here and those whom I have met so far appear to have a real and genuine desire to be here. ( Not to mention over 800 people I have followed and have over 200 following me as well in just a few short weeks. I spent a few years to get anywhere close to that in other forums.)

2: The training here is above excellent, as it is concise and to the point, without 20-30 minutes of fill-in to try to make it look like your getting anything worthwhile. Also there's NO constant commercialized attempt to upsell you to another, more expensive version, one after the other that only makes the GURU money and not you.

3: Sponsoring people who help YOU to make money so that they can also make money here. as it should be. Also they inform you about what practices work and what doesn't, so your not wasting valuable time trying to GET IT RIGHT.

4: Choosing the right niche is critical to your success here. I'm a writer, and I believe my talents are God-given and I enjoy it. The most important point is this- FIND OUT WHAT YOU LOVE, then write about that, not something someone else said would make you money. Too many times I have watched people get excited about what they have been told is a guaranteed winner, only to have the bottom to drop out of it when they find out it doesn't happen instantly or even in a few hours, (YES I have seen those websites where they tell you "Give me $47 dollars NOW, and we'll set you up with a website GUARANTEED to make you $500 a day! Your first sale within an hour of your starting!) Word to the wise, IF it was THAT easy, they WOULDN'T be telling you about it, they would keep it to themselves, making the billions they claim they are now. Fake names, fake support # and shady sales techniques designed to play into a greedy, lazy mindset that wants everything RIGHT NOW!

5: PATIENCE, PATIENCE, PATIENCE- I can't stress this enough. TIME is what it takes to build upon your foundation. The WORD says, "A house divided against itself cannot stand" and it's never bene more true than in Affilaite marketing. YOU can't expect to go out there, do reviews of ANYTHING, even Amazon products. and expect it to SELL like hotcakes the first thing outta the chute. FOLLOWERS and SUBSCRIBERS are the key there, People will only take your advice and purchase things from it IF you show them value and sound financial decision making processes IN ACTION. Simply telling them one product over another is not really a review but an OPINION. THAT doesn't make you money, sound advice is what they buy from.

6: DO NOT expect someone else to DO IT FOR YOU because your paying the membership dues. The CHAT ROOM is an open forum, true enough, and questions ARE ENCOURAGED for those who struggle from the training given and want better understanding from those who've done it themselves and succeeded. IT IS NOT a social media for the exchange of FACEBOOK type of drama, flaming or etc. Leave all that behind you with the children of that genre. Put in the time and effort and you will be rewarded well for your efforts.

7: Last but not least - LISTEN to those who've already made it here and follow their lead. DON'T try to re-invent the wheel or make it go faster, just allow it to work as it has for them and you'll find it goes quite fast actually. I've been here nearly a month and already I have hundreds of people in my network and following over 800 more.

Just one last tip, I've discovered that IF you FOLLOW the Top 200, 100, 50 or less and the Premium members, you get a lot more information and faster along the journey as they ahve already BEEN where you are and know the pitfalls and struggles you have now.
