Hi Folks
I get asked by many new wealthy affiliate members each week "How Do I Get People To Come To My Site?"
The answer is simple. Achieve a high rank with the search engines.
How do you accomplish this?
I personally believe there are 4 main tasks you have to do in order to get those visitors to your website.
1. Title Tags
The title hould contain keywords and keyword phrases that are relevant to your site. The recommended maximum number of characters for this tag is 60. Also remember that spaces count as a character as well.
2. Description Tags
The maximum number of characters I recommend for this Tag is 150. Any longer than this and it will only be cut off and may count against your site being listed high in the search engine results pages. Try to repeat your keywords that you used in your title in a proper sentence and in 3rd party. Avoid I, Me, Myself etc
3. Keyword Tags
I recommended the maximum number of characters for this tag is 250. Any more than that may be considered keyword stuffing or even spamming. Your keywords should be entirely related on what your site is about.
4. Head Tags
The top part of the HTML source code behind Web pages contains the Title, Description, Keywords, and others that describe the page. The title appears in the title bar of most browsers. However the other fields cannot be seen as part of the body of the page.
Head Tags should be a repeat of your title tag. Most website owners insert their head tag right after the body tag. A head tag will look like this (h1) (/h1) with the ( and ) being replaced with < > There you go folks and I hope you take these tips and advice onboard when you are building and creating your own website content.

Hi. I follow all of those things and I'm ranking really well on Bing for my keywords. I'm going to check google now. Also, if I highlight my kw as a subtitle and use header 1 is that sufficient? Do I need to do that at all?
Hi Shalisha, the keyword really needs to be used in the title of your post and in the permalink and then once again within the two paragraphs. I don't think you will get the same results on Google when you just use it as a subtitle.
Hello Shalisha and thank you for your comment.
Your Sub-Title should be an H2.

Great training ! I love the way you organized this information, Robert. This is nothing new for you, you are the "Go-to" man for SEO, but the numbered points and paragraphs below was a great format. Easy to read and digest.
Hi Kaju and nice to see you drop by my blogs now and again.
All good stuff in there for the newbies and the not so newbies.
I like to include those sort of graphics because a lot of members are 'Visual' people and learn more from a pic rather than a lot of text.
Hope alls well with you and you are doing ok.
Onwards and Upwards and have a great Wednesday.

Not only the Infographics, but I like the way you organized the tasks i.e., Title Tags, Description Tag, etc.
Personally this "not so newbie" found it a very useful summary even for review. Thanks Robert:)
