Adapting My Focus and Leveraging the WA Editor for Success
Adapting My Focus and Leveraging the WA Editor for Success
Over the past month, I’ve been navigating a shift in the direction of both of my websites. This change has been a game-changer, not just for my content strategy but also for how I use the Wealthy Affiliate (WA) platform. The WA editor, in particular, has become an indispensable tool, helping me create articles with surprising ease.
With my sites now focusing on niches that I know in depth—crafting silicone molds and a broader DIY crafting audience—I’ve found the editor to be perfectly suited to this new direction. The structured prompts and ease of use have allowed me to draft articles that need only minor polishing to be ready for publication. This newfound efficiency has been a major boost to my workflow, saving me time and letting me concentrate on refining my content rather than struggling to create it from scratch.
I am still having to work a little hard on suitable images, but that will change very soon as I continue with my YouTube plans, I will be floating in suitable photos.
Training That Translates Into Actionable Skills
The general training on WA’s platform has been instrumental in building my confidence as a website owner. From learning about SEO to understanding how to structure effective posts, the training has given me the skills to expand my efforts beyond my current sites.
For example, as I plan for 2024, I’m now equipped to build a brand-new website for my local UK construction-related niche business. This site will serve as a static resource, focused on presenting clear and professional information to potential customers. Unlike my crafting sites, it won’t be content-heavy or feature frequent blog updates. Instead, it will deliver essential details about my services, enhanced with a simple blog for occasional updates, specials or news.
What’s remarkable is that the skills I’ve gained through WA—designing user-friendly navigation, creating compelling calls-to-action, and even basic technical know-how—apply just as well to a static site as they do to a dynamic, blog-driven one. It’s a testament to how versatile and comprehensive the training on this platform really is.
Why This Matters
This pivot in direction has not only clarified the purpose of my now crafting websites but has also broadened my horizons for what’s possible in the online space. With the WA editor helping streamline content creation and the training providing a strong foundation, I’m able to tackle new projects with confidence and efficiency. The full on use of Chat GPT 4.0 is also playing a major role in my daily tasks making research so much easier and quicker and eliminating many of the rabbit holes, which happens to me when manually searching and then researching.
If you’re just starting out or considering a new direction for your own site, I encourage you to reevaluate all of the resources and tools and training that WA offers. Whether you’re creating dynamic content or setting up a professional static site, the skills you gain here will serve you well.
As I move forward, I’m excited to see how these tools and strategies will continue to evolve with my projects. The journey so far has been empowering, and I’m looking forward to sharing more milestones in the months to come.
