If you cant fix it then what?
Last Update: Sep 12, 2021
Maybe you`ve had the problem before, something has broken on your website that no matter what you do, you just don`t see a way out.
I`ve been there many times before, but the last one was the worst, when nothing worked, when a 1000+ word appeared as a single paragraph because of some plugins I used. It got so bad my posts were mostly on page 7+ and traffic trickled down to almost zero.
If You can`t fix it, look for help
It may sound easy, I`m sure some of you have asked for help and got some generic or negative answers, I`ve been there, don`t give up.
When my site got seriously messed up, I seriously thought of giving up, it looked so hopeless but there was a problem, how do I give up and abandon 3 sites that I`ve spent time building up?. I knew for a fact the problems were beyond me, several support tickets did not help Either because of issues from my side.
In comes Labman, Craig told me to contact a member here and it`s one of the good things I`ve done in a long time( working online wise). The member removed the bad codes, cleaned up everything, and now things are looking up again. And, did I say he designed my site like I always wanted it to look?
Starting To Rank Again
It`s just been weeks since the work was done but I`m starting to see my formerly high ranked posts crawl slowly back up.It might be a long wait to get everything where it was, but checking Google Search Console for the last 7 days, the posts are improving again. Although my site average position is still 60 according to GSC( yes it got that bad) I`m sure if things keep going the way they are, that will change very soon.
Don`t go it alone, if you can`t fix it, look for help
If it`s not for the help I got from a dedicated member here, I`m almost convinced I`d have abandoned the sites sooner or later, but thanks to him, I now have a site I`m proud of and even working on improving old posts.
Work hard but remember there are things you can`t fix on your own, don`t be afraid to ask, you may not always get the help you need but if you ask hard enough, long enough( I asked for months until I found the right person for what I needed doing).
