I was so unorganized

(I WROTE THIS AWHILE BACK ON ANOTHER WEBSITE. BOY HAVE I COME A LONG WAY SINCE JANUARY 2015! I GET MY SLEEP, MY TRAINING IS MUCH BETTER, I ACCOMPLISH EVERYTHING THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE! :-) )

We are all in this business of working from home. Having our independence, be it financial, having more time with family, other endeavors or hobbies. Network marketing allows you to wake up in the middle of the night (when you cannot sleep or an idea pops in your head) and start promoting with all of the social media that is out there. I have done that a few times.

Cannot sleep so I go over the wellness
companies I am with, watch a training video, what kind of marketing
campaign I can put together to target a certain market, what products I
want to use for myself, and for my kids, clicking away at the various
Traffic Exchanges I am affiliated with, looking over Blogs on WA. You
name it, I am doing it. With all the freedom within this industry, we
have to make sure that it does not consume us. The past few months,
after my kids are in bed, and my wife comes home and goes to bed (she is
the main chef for the new restaurant in our little town in Iceland) I
stay up and do all of those things plus my studies for my degree. I get a
few hours of sleep, and despite my good health, I was wearing myself
down, and it showed in my workouts. My intensity was subpar. Even the
other gym members noticed I was not my usual self. Just going through
the motions.

I got away from my daily planner where I would
schedule things through out the say that I would work on. Read for
both course for 2 hours, my TE's (Traffic Exchanges) for an hour,
training videos, etc. My point is that we should not let this ruin our
health. I was tired on a regular basis, but still found the energy to
clean the house, laundry, tend to the kids, make dinner, prepare their
clothes for the next day, on top of all of the other things I have
mentioned. I have already purchased a new planner for 2015, and I am
getting a jump start on how I will plan my days, once the kids are back
in school.

Planning ahead will help, getting my required sleep will be
even better for I will be more productive, and my health will not
suffer. So as much as we want to have that success, that independence,
make sure to stop, take the time to rest, eat properly, and listen to
your body. Your success will come, even if it does come in small
increments. One of my goals for the new year is to be better organized, and prioritize. When this happens, success definitely comes! :-)

Glad you are a lot better now!

I had to. Despite getting into the fitness industry, I was not utilizing my military background of planning. Once I stopped, stepped away from it, analyzed everything, it all came together. :-)

I learned the hard way, but I am a lot better now! :-)

Adequate rest is a requirement. Driving yourself to the breaking point really doesn't get things done any more quickly if you can't focus on anything.
