how do I stop buffering? Trying to watch a training program but it continues to buffer .
I think that's the issue. The videos are using the Wistia service. They have minimum speed requirements:

What's your internet speed?
I don"t know. How would I find that?
All other programs work fine it is just these past webinars that are buffering.
Go to speedtest.net and run a test.
ping/11ms download /.56 2nd. test .68 upload .09
