Success at Wealthy Affiliate
Hello everyone, my name is Robert. Happy 4th of July and I hope all is well with all of you. I'm writing today about the progress I've made with my training here at WA. I am currently on course 4, lesson 9, and very happy with the support and training that I’m receiving
I am very proud of myself for sticking with the program. It's been frustrating and very rewarding at the same time. I'm real happy with my business and the progress I have made with my website. No, it hasn't been successful monetarily yet (it’s only been 2 months since I started) but I have a great sense of accomplishment.
I do have one area of concern and that's social media and having to engage on it. I was already over 40 years old when the internet was born. I didn't come from the digital age like so many others. I didn't even have any social media accounts until I started with WA. I have made some improvement with my involvement but it's a slow progress. I know it's critical to success and I will keep plugging away. Any advice from anyone in WA would be greatly appreciated.
I have set a 3 month goal for myself to complete my WA training. Beyond that I hope to share what I've learned with others.
In six months I hope to have at least minimal success with my website. I also plan to take what I've learned and find a new niche and create a second website around it.
Thank-you to everyone whose had a hand in my progress to date especially to Tim whose helped me immensely.
All the best to everyone,
Robert

Social media has always been very difficult for me as well and I am one to have been born into the beginning of the digital age! The most important thing is to never give up! I wanted to get a job since WA would take me a lot of time before seeing my first dollar. And guess what? It took me 10 months to find a job before I finally got one. While it is hard (believe me everything is), you will get there. Believe that god has a plan for you.
