Why I am a member of Wealthy Affilites.
My wonderful wife, the crafty card maker shared the following quote with me yesterday:
“When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left, and could say, ‘I used everything you gave me‘, (Erma Bombeck).
I was impressed, because it speaks to one of the motivations of my life. I, like many of you have been looking for a way to boost my income, especially in retirement. I could say, like many, "I'm tired of working," or "I deserve to rest now!", but that's not who I am and not how I look at life. "The good Lord willing," as they say, I have 20 to 30 active years left in my life and I don't intend on using them as a "couch potato". I want my life to have meaning and stand for something. I want to accomplish great things and keep on using my talents until the day I die.
I have been so impressed with the Wealthy Affiliates community and help. Just this morning I was working on my website and couldn't get some links to work. I did a search on WA and within 30 seconds I found the solution to my problem. That's what I need and what each of us need, a support system in our business life and in our personal lives. I feel like I can get both in WA.
I'm excited about the possibilities for the future and hope you are also!
