Are you talking about the Website Email Dashboard, like on my screenshot?
Because it should be as easy as putting the name you want, for instance Kyle@discovertheherowithin.com or info@discovertheherowithin.com.
You can also redirect to gmail or other emailaccounts. But you can have either a mailbox on your site, or redirect. Not both.
If you are in the section that's shown in my screenshot and still get that failed-message, I'd advice you to contact site support.

I’m assuming you’ve set the account up properly but here’s a how to just in case: Site Email - All About Using Email with Your Own Domains Here at WA As for logging in, I’ve found that the password, especially when copied, can be troublesome. When you double-click to highlight it, many times an extra blank character is included, causing the password to be incorrect. Carefully highlight it and then copy it to paste into the password field.
