My Ongoing Training With Wealthy Affiliates - Is It Worth It?
My name is Lureita Worth. My newly created website is http://bugetvacations.com. I joined Wealthy Affiliates (WA) knowing nothing at all about creating a website nor did I understand what any of the lingo stood for. I was scared to death. As they always say, people are more scared of rejection than anything else. I hoped they would accept me even though I probably needed to be enrolled in WebPage for Dummies 101.
I am genuinely surprised at the kindness of everyone and how willing they are to help, even a beginner like myself. The lessons are so simple and easy to understand and the video's that walk you through the lesson before you actually do them, makes it a piece of cake. The lessons also require you to communicate within the WA community which really helps you to see your errors very constructively.
After I posted my first page and then proceeded to review three other person's pages, per the lesson instructions, My fear and anxiety rose again. It seemed all the pages I looked at were so much better and already had features added that I didn't understand how they did them. I calmed myself and completed my reviews, although about the only thing I could really correct anyone on was grammatical errors.
The person who reviewed mine was very kind and actually built my self esteem back up. Apparently he knew that I knew nothing except what the lesson's had taught so far. I was very thankful for his kindness.
As time has went on, I have learned how to post pictures and why they are needed. I have learned the difference between Headings and paragraphs, how to write in small chunks and different ways including bullets that will help you break content up. I've learned about keywords and there ratings. I know how to look for the low hanging fruit to help you come up with content and of course I know how to create pages and write blogs. I have added my site to Google + and linked my Google + profile back to my website. This is where we have left off at the time of writing this blog.
I am very excited to continue on. I fill like I am learning so much, but I have to admit I am anxious to learn how to incorporate this into making me money. I'm glad I found this site and think it is really worth joining. Not only am I actually learning, but I'm meeting some of the nicest people I have ever encountered on the Internet.
