Yo bro, Whas' up.
Ay, you know it's wing and a shing,ching sittin' close by a little China-girl who'm I know absolutely nothing about. Just got in today around 3 0r 4 o'clock in the afternoon. Whas fightin' all day with the negetivity that just so permeates the back entralls o' mi mind. Just everybody is looking at me like I'm sump'n from the moon. Ah so, I just point my little next seat over China-girl. Whew! what she don't know won't kill them.
Anyway, upon unloading my car, I quickly got ready to go to the lil=coffee shop here in town where I spend a lot of my time and a lot o'my money. The voices in my head were driving me miserable. I've been apertained for committing lewd behavior in the parkin' lot where I used to like to frequent at church. Whole n'other story. Don't want to go there. Anyway was such I fight just to get in my pants then my joggin shoes which incedently have jogged maybe twice in them since I got them.
If my mom were still around she would tell me I bought 'em for nothing. I had hopes of getting up a exercise routine started, you know so I could loosen up and be tough enuff to learn different strokes people who are engaged in martial arts so handsomely perform. ANY way and I mean anyway, You know and incedently Kyles videos' are prooving themselves to be boss! I mean when I'm listenin' and watching them, it seems to take my focus off the negative reviews from my onlookers or passerbys and twists them into something completely affordable and totally permissable. Yeah kind of like the song says 'totally impermissable'.

Sometimes what helps a lot is when a negative voice comes a long... Is to the thank it for sharing and then keep on moving on. Not holding on the voice is the key, acknowledge it, thank it, and then move on to the next thought... After a little while of practicing that the habit of holding onto negativity will be replaced with a more positive strategy.
The voices in our head are mostly there to serve us and keep us safe.. Sometimes though we move on while the voice stays behind thinking it is still serving us in the way it should. With some correction it finally gets the idea and changes to be more inline with your current place...

Yeah, and you're coming from a good respective. Makes sense in a way I might have dealt with even before the voices started to play themselves to me.
