Don't Overestimate Your Problems and Never Underestimate Yourself!

Most of our obstacles are internal not external…indecision, self doubt, lack of confidence, procrastination, lousy study practices, poor habits. All of these internal problems create our external issues. Just about every problem in your life stems from these internal issues.

Most people even double the pain with negative self talk. Listening to the looped recording of “I’m not good enough” in your head is plenty. Tie that with all the other issues and you have a granddaddy of a personal obstruction!

There is a solution – what stands in the way, becomes the way. It’s all a choice – you have to solve the issue to conquer it. How? Learn from obstacles, improve how you do things and how you talk to yourself.

You can’t avoid or talk yourself out of a problem you behaved yourself into. Your behavior will have to change. Running from a problem only gets you further from a solution. Let will power be your super power!

Don’t overestimate your problems and never underestimate yourself. If you don’t overcome your problems, it’s not a lack of desire, but a lack of will.

So, go for it! Do everything you've ever wanted to do, so you can look back proud and know that the obstruction you thought would bring you down, is the very thing you climbed to reach the top!
