I cannot believe how lucky I am. I get to stay home and work, or work from wherever we may be traveling, everyday…no boss, no commute, no pressure. Living the dream…
I have always been an entrepreneur. I have had several businesses over the years, worked some MLM’s, made crafty things, helped friends out with their crafty things and done a lot of writing in my lifetime. You get the point. My dream J-O-B has always been not to have one. Unfortunately, life gets in the way and things happen that are out of your control. I didn’t have time to build a business, so I was tossed into the cold cruel corporate world.
Then, as luck would have it (even though I didn’t realize it at the time), after 10 ½ years in the corporate world, I was laid off from my top ranking position, Summer 2016. As the shock wore off, I found myself in the very fortunate position of having precious time. My dreams came back into view and I began thinking about building a business of my very own again. I wasn't sure what I was going to do or how to do it, so I started searching.
There are a million different ways to work from home. You see them everywhere, but the more I looked, the more I ran into terrible scams and people trying to take my money. There were days when I thought about giving up and going back to the corporate rat race. Then I found Wealthy Affiliate and I came to the realization that what I really needed was training to build my very own business. All the scammers out there wanted me to give my money to them, have them do the work and have all the control. I want to be in control. That’s exactly what Wealthy Affiliate provides. You are in complete control and there is more training then you could ever imagine to help you towards success.
Now, I am on my way to fulfilling my dreams. Everyday I learn more on Wealthy Affiliate. The people here are fabulous, honest and so very knowledgeable! With all that is available to me here, I know that I can do more than I’ve even dreamed!
I am loving where I am. My life is wonderful. I’m finally getting the chance to take the steps I need, to get where I want to be.
