I want to set up my email on my android and desk top client to monitor when I'm away from my PC and working else with out being logged in online.

I opened a Support Ticket and got the following info:

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

The following configuration settings are appropriate for third party email client Outlook.

Incoming mail server: mail.domain.com
Outgoing mail server: mail.domain.com

Outgoing mail server does require authentication.

Incoming mail port: 110 for POP3, 143 for IMAP
Outgoing mail port: 25

All the standard SMTP/POP/IMAP ports are open at the servers end so it should not be an issues.

Please make sure that your Antivirus/Firewall/Network profile or other security measure is not blocking the ports.
In other case it can be your ISP which blocks SMTP ports.

There are no security settings.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

I trust this is in time to help!

all the best,

Thanks,It worked but I keep getting an annoying pop up error box that says I need to change outgoing mail server settings. I finally just give up on using either outlook or gmail for sending messages. I will just have to log in to the atmail account for sending branded messages. Too Bad!

I just factory reset my phone and spent an hour trying to set my emails up again. I was getting super frustrated because it was so easy before.

ISP was blocking it - I turned off WiFi and it setup fine. Thanks Adaba!

great! glad it helped
all the best,

If to be hones im not 100% that you will be able to do it from here, but you always can forward your email and then use Gmail, but i will try to play around and will let you know how it will go for me

Ok after trying to play around with default Android mail App, i ended up giving up on it.
Went to App store and downloaded first mail client called "myMail—free email application" by MY.COM. Used my email address as username and password provided by WA and I'm in.

In relation to outlook, have no idea but there is similar topic https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/getting-started/configuring-email-to-open-in-ms-outlook

Thanks I gave up on it last night and just switched it to a forwarding account to my gmail. I do run a support address on the site also and may try it for that one.
