The Idea of Building a Business is Strange to me

Ever since I was a young singer, I had believed that if I did what I loved, the money will follow. And so, I decided, against my mother's will, to major in music in college and follow my passion for singing. As 20 years or so has passed, I am now a full-time singer in a professional singing group earning a regular monthly salary - not bad for a singer. But just like any salary, it's just enough for me and my family to get by. I don't really have extra money or budget to afford a vacation or if the fridge broke down, I would have to borrow next month's budget to replace it. This year I have come to an awakening- I need to make a change, enough is enough.

I'm just so glad that I found WA and affiliate marketing, and I told my mom about it just a couple a days ago. Although I knew her to be a negative person, her reaction shocked me - she said, "I told you not to study music and go down this path before. Now you're in your forties- it's too late!" I went home that night extremely sad and as a tough guy that I pride myself to be, I wept quietly in my son's room while I was accompanying my kids.

Better late than never, I am not the kind of person that gives up easily. I feel very welcomed here in WA and look forward to learning with all the teachers here. I will not give up or be defeated by the frustration in life. I hope someday my story will turn into a great success that encourages and inspires future newcomers here in WA.
