BILLING Problems (My Visa card charged TWICE)
Hello everybody
Any idea what to do with billing problems
My visa card got charged TWICE a few days ago :
Charge #1 was OK (Yearly WA membership)
Charge #2 was an OVERCHARGE (monthy charge for WA membership)
Both charges on January 20th
I already sent a message to Kyle but its the weekend and I guess he is busy
Should I open a ticket?... (problem is that I DONT see "Billing" among the options....you only see technical stuff)
My advice to Everybody : Check your credit card statements carefully !

PM Kyle and let him know. Also, just keep checking throughout the day because Kyle or Carson will generally be in here at some time. They usually are. Don't worry they will get if fixed for you.
A support ticket will not help! I am sure Kyle will get back to you shortly. Suggest you send him a PM.
