I left out of here to go to Starbucks 3 miles from here where I can sit comfortably and get done what I can get done in an atmosphere that suits me. I set up my tablet, coffee and snacks at my usual table that I sit at when I go there. The table has always been a bit wobbly and we stuck a was of napkins under it to keep it from being too bad.

However, they remodeled that location and when they put the new table on that same old wobbly floor they failed to put napkins under the leg! I proceeded to check and reply to my WA emails and messages. But the table was getting very irritating and it was waring on my concentration. So I moved to another spot where I listened to the video and read the next lesson. But at that seat the air conditioning vent was right over me and the cold air was causing my arthritic arm and shoulder to hurt a lot.

Therefore always make sure when you are going to need to concentrate on studies or working you should be in a place where you are comfortable.
