One small step for a human, big jump for me

I am so excited today. And I tell you why.

In last 6 years I have been running my e-commerce websites, but only on local level in my home country, which is Czech republic. I am enjoying it very much, I have put quite some money into it and it tooks already some time and energy to built it, to promote it and to make some regular customers. So far so good.

However, the time runs fast and I realised (probably last year or in the start of this year) that I am quite up to date with my knowledge - the progress of internet, business models etc. runs so quickly... And, what is shameful, during all the time I have not had any idea how SEO really works and what could bring to me. So, I believe there is still time to change it.

Today, I have done big progress not only on my affiliate website, which is active for only 14 days, but also I got more knowledge of how things work allover. I originaly thought I would never find out how some tools works (Affiliate links for Aliexpress from today for example) and when the webpage does not do what I need...grrr what a pain...

I believe you know that as well right? So why I am so thrilled and happy and wriitng this blog actually?

Because - I did not quit after several failures, I have used some videos, I have clicked there and there, tried what was possible and finally it works! And it does what I need, which is fantastic!

I need also admit that I use my boyfriend websites system and used to make the website very different way than Wordpress offers, but I am stil young and open for any technical differencies and today is the proof of it. Good to know that my brain is able to learn in this technical era, to absorb so many information and I can still move forward and learn new things. That's the best goal I have achieved in a long time.

Hopefully not the last one:).

P.S.: I did not want to write any blog to be honest, but I was so happy for the achievement from today morning so I have revised it:).

Really last one P.S: I got some tips and tricks for url shorting for my Czech e-commerce (yes, shamfull as well as I did not know that Bitly does it)..ehm, better late than never, right?
