Fake It 'Til You Make It
Let me know if you agree with this statement: there's nothing better than speaking to someone excited about their job.
Not over the top excited, but just a nice cool tone that gives you the impression the person is confident in what they do, and for all intensive purposes, likes it on a daily basis.
Well, I know that's not always the case, especially not for me. But, I have to say, it makes a difference in my attitude towards my job, my day and sometimes life in general when I encounter someone who sounds positive and energetic about what they do.
When they don't, it's the opposite. I feel exhausted, annoyed and a little sad because it reminds me that I, too, would like to be doing something else with 80% of my day - Wealthy Affiliate!
My point is: even when you don't want to be at work, do what you're doing, or whatever - fake it 'til you make it. A positive attitude goes very far. I know it's a challenge, but even when it gets tough, find something to be happy about. Before you know it, things will change!
Enjoy your day!

I totally agree.Attitude is everything. When I worked for the phone company they used to tell us a smile comes thru on the other end. So when times get tough take a deep breath and SMILE.
I had forgotten that.... thanks for the positive attitude.
Hi Sharon, that is exactly what I was thinking about when I wrote this post yesterday. I spoke with someone over the phone (who works for a great company) and she sounded miserable and confused. I was so excited when I called. By the time we hung up, I was miserable and confused! It was terrible. But I logged into WA and instantly felt better!

It's really more than just a positive attitude, it's having a direction in your life that excites you and makes you happy. I heard someone say that if you're doing the right things you should fell like tap dancing to work when you get out of bed...
