Hi. Sorry you're having trouble. I would try a different browser and see if that takes care of the problem.

Course 1, video 8 is corrupted and won't play through?

You might just need to refresh your browser (Hit F5). That usually helps me when a video or link get hung up.
Didn't make a difference to refresh. However, switching from Firefox to Internet Explorer did . . . go figure! Thanks anyway:^)

That's weird, because I switched from using Internet Explorer to Firefox. Haha.
