Grateful For Online Business During Pandemic
22 Million Unemployed
As of this writing, there are 22 million unemployed in the USA. Most of it was caused by the corona virus pandemic. Many have filed for unemployment benefits; many experience questioned sustainabilty of these benefits. How long will these benifits last and are they enough to cover basic needs.
This pandemic is causing not only health related damages but most especially economic. The government's 2 trillion stimulus package ia hugh but is it adequate to help the economy.
Fall-back Plan Absent
Not everybody has a contingency plan to fall back on in times such as this. Not everybody has enough savings to ride through this wave of uncertainty. Job loss makes you dependent on government aid. Although the best of humanity always crops up in these times - those long lines for food from pantries can dwindle as lockdown time drags on. But it is never wise to depend on them. Those help are temporary and limited.
A Necessary Second Income
One has to have an extra source of income to fall back on. Even in normal times, it pays to have a back-up plan especially for economic sustenance. Our savings could be depleted in no time. In a pandemic such as this, there is no definitive time-frame aimed at normalcy. No government is perfectly sure when to "open" their economy. Most government plans to "re-open" are done in phases; and these phases are based on contingencies which may lag.
Online Business For Economic Survival
Online business is an adaptable business module to weather out this pandemic.
There are countless online business opportunities out there. Some are paid, some are free to start with. Some are easy to start with, some have high learning curves. Some are profitable, some are just not even feasible.
The quest for an online business as a back-up icome earner is a must. If your weather out this pandemic by riding on your own online business, keep the business. You never know it is there when you need it.
