You may use these HTML tags and attributes:
That is something that is theme dependent (some themes will display this html while others don't) but you can get rid of it by manually editing the code However, it can be a little tricky and iffy (could screw up your site) if you're not 100% sure what you're doing.

The themes I use do display that under the comments and honestly I just leave it up. I know it looks weird but it's actually there for a reason as it helps commentors know what html tags they can use!
