It's all in your Mindset
A few years ago I got really tired of the corporate world, and I tried to get out. I was able to escape the grinding job life for a period time and launched myself as an entrepreneur. It was very liberating, indeed.
However, because I took the leap without wearing the proper life vest, meaning, without first changing my way of seeing life, I soon found myself drowining in financial troubles and was overwhelmed with anxiety. I was too foused on my problems, so I could not really see any tangible solutions.
During this time, I had encountred Wealthy Affiliates and I knew this was my salvation. I made my first attempt to begin my online business. However, my mind was not yet "cleansed" of my many preoccupations. As a result, I was totally blocked. I had a really hard time getting my feet wet in affiliate marketing and I just didn't "get it".
In my heart I knew that affiliate marketing as a way to generate passive income was a way out for me, and that I could make it in the entrepreneurial world, but I had a really hard time seeing past my immediate circumstance, so I gave up very easily.
Having returned to the "rat race", I've taken the time to educate myself in financial literacy. I look back at the time when I was "free" from corporate slavery and realize that I had many distinct opportunities to be a successful entrepreneur, but my thoughts were not in the right place.
If you see problems, you will have problems... If you see solutions, you will have solutions.
Now I'm back at Wealthy Affiliates, determined and clear minded. I know what I need to succeed, and that involves staying focused on my goals and keeping my mind off of any "problems".
Frankly, the world "problem" no longer exists in my vocabulary. I instead call them "challenges", as each one can be overcome by keeping a positive outlook ahead.
