Keeping an eye on the big picture
So, it's been a few weeks since I got my website up and running. I have posted some content periodically, while training on WA on the side. It's been a lesson in organizing myself with the tasks that I need to be completing, while working a full time job as well.
There have been some days where I've wanted to just stop, because a part of me wants to see some money rolling in immediately and feels impatient to see no results just yet. At times like that, I keep reminding myself the reason why I'm investing time and money in this.
When I started, I asked myself if I would be working on my website just for the love of it (if there was no money in it). Would I enjoy writing on my niche for free?
For me, the answer is yes. The goal is to monetize my work, but first and foremost I want to enjoy and love what I'm doing. This is what keeps me going through the rough days.
Keep an eye on the big picture.
I hope this is helpful for anyone experiencing similar feelings from time to time.
Cheers!

It's also important to have realistic expectations.
Commit to working consistently no less than one year, 2 years would even be better before worrying about where's the money.
It take time to do this. There are no shortcuts.

Absolutely, Mel. That's why WA is so helpful to keep reminding and pushing each other to keep going.
