You don’t need permission to post a YouTube video. If someone puts a video on YouTube then it is freely available to all.
Assuming you haven’t downloaded the video and then uploaded it to your site then you are actually only providing a portal for someone to view the video.

Yes you can use YouTube videos.
Just click on the "Share" button under the video player and then select "Embed" The symbol looks like two opposite facing arrows like this <>
After clicking "Embed" you want to copy the HTML Embed Code and then paste that into your content.
