I do not know what they were seeing when I went on your site I saw the same problem that I had and here is what you need to do to fix it you need to flush your dns I just had to do that after a painful lesson I lost all my content on my website and a lot more so maybe I can pay it forward If you have windows 10 you need to push your key tab which looks like a window and the +plus sign and it will give you a menu you will scroll down to where it says command prompt admin and click on that then you will put this in ipconfig/flush dns and push enter then it will show you if it has flushed or not give it a couple of minutes and you should be back to normal hope this helps all the best Max

Had a look through your site, great content, nice layout it does look very professional, I cannot comment too much on technical stuff as my knowledge is limited ,, found it easy to navigate and there is lots of good information, under your video section you have some good video's however in your statement I would put something like, " interested in how they make boots here is my top video presentation".. you are doing great especially if your first language is not English keep up the good work

Hi Ravel, had a look at your site, I like your home page, it's a nice layout and easy to read and the content of you site is very informative, but I think your other pages need attention. Have you considered using your home page as the basis for them?
If you still want to use Times, as it has a small x height, ascenders and descenders, it doesn't need a great deal of space between lines, reducing the line spacing will give you more space between paragraphs, at the moment they tend to merge into one another. Also trying to keep your paragraphs to a maximum of six lines would help legibility.
At the moment you are using a combination of serif and sans serif type faces, range left and justified text, and left and centered side heads. Standardize your pages by using one or the other. Side heads look better ranged left with ranged left text. If you use justified text either one will do or you can use centered for your main heading and range left for you side heads.
I notice you are using a serif typeface in your sidebar. Serif typefaces don't condense very well, the serifs tend to run in to one another, that is why I always use sans serif typefaces in my websites, they look a lot better when condensed or letter spaced, but that is just a personal preference. Serif type faces are best used in ebooks and articles in e-zine, etc.
With regard to your images, where did you get them from? If you took them from the manufacturer's website, did you get permission to use them and even then they may need accreditation and permission to edit them? If not, or unless they are in the public domain, you maybe violating copyright.
It looks like you are trying to make them all the same size. If the originals are all different shapes and sizes it is virtually impossible to maintain the perspective unless you know how to use a good image manipulation program. You have a lot of images on your site, have you optimized them to help your website load speed time?

This might be the issue with the photos. It looks like your theme has a pre-determined size for the pictures. If you put in a photo that is not that size it may automatically adjust the photos, making them look a bit stretched or squashed.

What you can do is find out the size that the post summary featured picture wants to be (it should be in your theme, but sometimes not obvious). Then you want to put them into an image editor and adjust them to that size.

Many of the WAer's use Canva or pixabay for that
