The perfection of imperfections!

This is the famous iconic building where I live. It reminds me of how imperfections can be sometimes, perfect!
How so? You see, the story goes like this; the engineers had a problem during construction of the Marina Bay Sands Hotel that housed, among other things, a hotel, a shopping mall and our first casino in Singapore. The problem was that they could not complete the top part with both ends protuding out to the sides, as they had planned. They could just complete one side and they left the other side 'undone'! And now the top part looks like a ship, which was really by accident. But it looks amazing. An engineering imperfection discovered during construction but saved by its very imperfection. Tourists marvel at this iconic landmark of Singapore and thought what a pretty sight this is!
So, every time when I look at this iconic landmark with its 'ship' structure on top , I would tell myself, it's ok not to be perfect in everything that we do. That failure is okay. That my slow start with WA is ok. I don't have to be perfect to make things happen. Taking actions and doing things little by little daily is better than to dream and just putting big plans on paper but there is little execution. Working with imperfections sometimes is better because we will all get to work faster.
What is important is that things gets done. Yes, it is frustrating when you see that wanting to be perfect cause you time wasting and mental anguish as you see others get ahead and you're still behind. Procrastination and wanting perfection are two different beasts that we may be struggling daily especially in wanting to do our business well.
I had run two campaigns for Black Friday and Cyber Monday for my existing products using this new mindset and guess what? It did yield the results I sort of expected (though I believe it could be better) - sales came in despite the fact that I think my design was not professional enough and that my messaging was not sharp enough. I could have got zero sales if I had wanted that perfect design and that perfect message right?
So, now I think I will take this new way of thinkin, this mindset, forward in wanting (so badly) for my WA business to yield some kind of progress with doing whatever it takes to complete the training and completing the website of my niche,

By wanting not-to-be-a-miss-perfect anymore, I feel the weights off my shoulders. Wonder if there are others like me who confuses between being a great procrastinater (not that we want to be one!) and being a perfectionist! Both are terrible in my opinion.
