Feeling better with Wordpress!

Yippee! It is the second last day of 2021 and I never thought I would say this. I am getting better with Wordpress..haha...yes I am elated!

I can see myself seeing eye to eye with it and making it do the things that I wanted it to do. Before that, I was cursing and swearing under my breath. Even trying to set up the 'Under Construction' page was not working easily for me back then but now I'm quite an expert (haha...but this is just a very tiny part of the Wordpress plugin function... yeah now I can laugh at myself but it wasn't so and I was pulling a long face after trying for a few days when it did not cooperate with me!).

So! The next thing for me to conquer now is content creation because my website is an empty shell except for the About Us, the Privacy page and two blog posts.

After working out the structure of the navigation menu, the category of topics and honestly asking myself if this will benefit my website visitors or not, I came down to 4 key topics for the blogs. But after the ride in the train today, I decided to add another key topic. So this gives me plenty of blog contents to write about, hopefully!

Sticking to my chosen niche, I soon realise that I did not know so much about it. This is kind of funny and scary at the same time. I keep going back asking myself, 'You sure you want to niche on this?'. Anyway, I have decided to stay put with my niche! How many times have I got to ask myself this question... so please bear with me.

So pressing on with content creation, I keep researching for ideas. And I was stumped! Ok I don't have that many ideas to talk about after the two blogs! Oops. So, with many sleepless nights now, I have been listening to podcasts, study other people's websites, go through my books for ideas, watching YouTube videos to see what's trending etc., etc.

And with about 15 ideas now as blog titles, the work of creating those blogs has begun. A joyful process I hope. Oh God! Please make it faster! But I know, it is all about taking it slow, steady, breathe and believe that this will work out! The end result will look splendid!
