Introduction

Good Evening to all you lovely people at the Great WA Family, as usual do so hope that you are all keeping both safe and well.

As you will read later on the title is a pretty accurate summary of what I have been doing this week, or to be honest how I have felt whilst not doing it.

Do appreciate that some weeks are better than others, but this last one has been nothing short of a joke.

The Last Few Days

The inrention at the start of the week was to sort out my new product and work on other ideas.

The week began as it ended last week no go as yet on the new product, this did depress me somewhat, and to tell the truth I never really recovered.

One of the main problems is that I am not sleeping very well thanks to the discomfort in my arms and shoulders whilst I am in bed. This then leads to me being anyhow during the day, I get on the computer do a little then just get fed up.

A little harsh maybe, as I have done a little this week. Something that may surprise you, I have managed to spend a little time in the garden. It began when I went to the supermarket shopping last week, I noticed that they had some primula plants. The sad thing was that this was on the way out.

So making a mental note, when I went the other day I bought some, getting home I planted ten plants into one of my containers, with a few spare tulip bulbs.

They so lifted the gloom, that I jumped in the car and bought two more boxes. It has taken me a couple of days but I now have three containers filled with primulas each inter-planted with either tulips or daffodils, with a further container full of daffodil bulbs.

If nothing else they have at least helped me do something, if not on the business.

Talking of the business, found some material to use for a book, as result of further research, have enough material to make this a manual, must confess that this will be in the future as I really do need to concentrate on the new product. Also never dared to attempt to write a manual before.

Also found a video on using social media properly, this is something that I have never really examined in detail before, I can imagine your gasps of horror when you read this, after all does everyone not use social media? It is certainly something that I have never really got to grips with, suppose that I ought to make the effort.

This week has really been chasing my tail and getting nowhere because at the end of the day I have little energy and interest.

The Next Few Days

The truth is that I am really not sure where I am going next. The realist in me says that I must have another go at the new product.

This I intend to do, and ignore everything else.

Suppose that I am so anyhow at the moment that I just do no know what I want to do next, but will spend tomorrow trying to sort out the new product, if this fails then I will have to have along hard think about where to go next.

Conclusion

The week has been so no go that I really do not know where to go next, may just have a few days off and a complete rethink about the entire situation.

In other words watch this space!!

Be Happy, Healthy and Wealthy

Please do stay safe

God Bless

Stuart

We all have weeks like that Stuart!

Just stay positive and strong... we can't alter the past so there is no point in dwelling on it...

Look forward to what you can do now and in the future my friend!

Take care ok and enjoy a wonderful week ahead! :-)

Many thanks for this Jessie, intend to put the past behind me.

Hope that you also have a great week.

Stuart

You're most welcome Stuart and things are improving here at the moment my friend! :-)

Sorry to hear you’re still dealing with pain, Stuart. That can just take the wind out of one’s sails. But thank goodness for a little gardening. That’s a wonderful spirit lifter. Have a few days off and then revisit what your goals are. You’ll figure it out. Enjoy a tea in your garden! Have a good new week.

Susan

It is very unlikely that the pain will go away, though I do have good days, bothe shoulders are now bone on bone, but I just try to get on with life, odd days like yesterday I get a little down.

Many thanks for your advice Susan.

Have a great week.

Stuart

Hello VH,

Sorry to hear you're had a bad week. I wish you would find a way to get some sleep without discomfort. I agree that the lack of sleep is creating havoc with your life. You can't feel your best and truly focus. This will cause frustration and even depression. I know I don't function well without sleep. What have you tried to relieve this discomfort in your arms and shoulders?

It does sound like you found one bright spot in your week with the flowers. You got out in your garden. So, as you said, you did accomplish something even though it wasn't WA related. That's a plus.

Don't get discouraged. It's a new week and a new opportunity to move forward. The attached pix popped into my FB feed and I think it was put there for me to pass on to you.

I hope this week is much better for you. Dust yourself off and move forward even if it's a snail's pace.

Always

Hi VW,

A lovely speedy reply and the pix is superb, so very true.

I have to accept the pain problems and just try to get on with life, at times I do get a little down like yesterday. A better nights sleep though had four hours beore I woke with a little pain, then another three before I woke in total agony, so I got up just after 8am, which is early for me these days, but once I had done my exercises before my shower was a tad better.

The problem I have now is that both shoulders are bone on bone.

However how are you? Very busy as usual!

Do have a really great week and take care.

As always

Your VH

Wow, I really get this! I still work 40 hrs a week out of necessity.
Now I'm learning the new Hubs, AI et al. Huge!
Will I ever make any money? Enough to retire? Don't know, but I cheer you on, whatever you can do.

I think that we just keep plodding on, have spent too much money to give it all up.

Thanks for your support.

Stuart

Been there, done that. Good thing Monday always starts a new week.

So very true.
